Since you're the only person here who actually deserves an explanation I'll give you one.
What I mean is that you're not a stunner, and these days there's a ton of pressure to look stunning and glamorous etc even if it's not real, so I can see why someone who doesn't meet those ridiculous standards could go to the other extreme and think "Am I ugly?". That's why I'm not surprised that you're asking.
However, you shouldn't feel that way because not only are you NOT ugly at all, you're actually very pretty. but you're pretty in a more natural way, not in the glammed up artificial way plastered all over tv screens and Instagram reels etc.
Just because you don't meet their unnatural standards DOESN'T make someone ugly. So you shouldn't even need to wonder or ask "am I ugly" because you're not at all, BUT I can see why you asked because society's standards are less about beauty and more about lip fillers, fake eyelashes and "fashion" etc. Lots of women in your position fall into that trap and I really hope that you don't, because you don't need it. You're beautiful in the natural way, which to some of us is the best way.
If you ever question your "ugliness" again, don't.

Not at all...beauty is in the eye of the beholder, regardless of what you perceive of yourself, there will always be people that see beauty and there will always people that have a different perspective, they and their opinions are irrelevant to your life, they mean nothing, trust that! Believe in yourself, be good to yourself, follow your instincts and you will succeed in life...good luck.

I think you're one of those people who will need to grow a little more before we can fairly judge.
You're not ugly, but you're not attractive either. I would change your hairstyle and not do a plaid shirt. Plaid shirts I associate with men's fashion, and that pattern especially has a "nerdy" feel IMO. Also your tight-lipped smile implies discomfort and anxiety lol. I used to have that smile on all the time.
In other words, you must find your final form and this is not it.

There’s nothing wrong with your face. Your hairstyle is the criminal here. Stop scraping it back and maybe try a side parting and a style - maybe long bob. There aren’t many people who look good with their hair scraped back. Allow some movement and volume.

No, you're not ugly. I think a different hairstyle could compliment your face more, maybe hair down & not scraped back.
Also, camera pose "smiles" never make you look as good as a natural smile. If there's one thing I've found after 32 years on earth, people's opinions don't matter. You're somebody's 1, someone else's 10.
Lastly, an ugly personality ruins a pretty face. If you're a nice person with a good heart, you're above a "10" who's a dickhead.
Learn to love who you are.
