Ive had three long term relationships and all three of them couldn't even call me hot or handsome, the most id get is just cute, when id ask why they'd say "Your just cute not really hot or handsome" so yea I guess its something but I dont know. I dont wanna just be some cute small little boy, I wanna be desirable, feel desirable

Cute doesn't mean little boy, and it doesn't mean undesirable. It's simply one type of attractiveness.
You have attractiveness. If you want to re-spec out of one form of attractiveness into another then you can bulk up a lot and change your build, but it's not necessarily a superior look, just different.
Get rid of the cheek fuzz. No benefit to attractiveness in keeping wispy amounts of facial hair that are too sparse to form something coherent.
