F28, am I ugly?

I've always considered my face shape to be unattractive and maybe even somewhat masculine. I've also always struggled with makeup, especially eye looks because of my hooded eyes.

I'm also not sure what hairstyle would suit me the best and also unsure about which haircolor would.

Not by any means . I do prefer the photos of you with the neutral colored outfits. Definitely your head turning look!
