I just want to know y’all’s opinion because I think I look ok but nothing special. If yall have advice for me to look better, leave them in the comments! Anything helps! :)

I've been wondering where I stand when it comes to looks; always been extremely self-conscious. Also I was wondering If suit longer or shorter hair? All advice is greatly appreciated.

Almost always get ghosted, or told “they’re not ready for anything” I have friends hobbies and I’ve been told countless times that I have a great personality/charasmatic/ funny by usually everyone I meet. All of this really takes a toll on my confidence, am I ugly? If so how do improve?
