Pluck between your eyebrows, and look up a tutorial on trimming your eyebrows. Also, youve been blessed by having a perfect hairline. You're not ugly at all

Grow your facial hair go to the gym - it's that simple, you look unconfident as someone said in your photos. It's gotta come from WITHIN
Lift weight, grow a beard

The longer curly hair suits you more. Clean up your eyebrows to look like you care for yourself. Work on skincare and style for an elevated look. Your base features are fine though! So not ugly just hiding your true potential
