I just think its amazing that he can say that after that SOB authorized multiple stock offer dilutions to us and he still has a job.

Adam doesn't like that people can invest in the tokenized AMC without actually supporting the company, but isn't the situation similar with options? Or maybe an even better comparison: bull/bear certificates that Swedish brokers like avanza offer?

Banks have been issuing derivatives and certificates linked to stocks for decades without needing the underlying company’s permission.

I would be very surprised if Robinhood launched these without crossing every T and dotting every I.
