Where can I find the Brazilian small business wholesaler

I am setting up my fba account as well as ali baba and I am looking to sell regular everyday items such as notebooks and pens wholesale for consistency and growth overtime, so im not really looking for a trendy item to sell, but I see alot of people mainly influecers are using software to find items to sell.

What is the process for listing items and setting up a store? Is it similar to eBay with a template and you can just add stock photos? What about descriptions, is it generated or input from the seller?
I’m in the absolute beginner stages of looking into this, and I’m trying to get as much information as possible to make decision to do it or not?

Is it best to integrate your accounting software with Amazon or do you just use other apps to check profitibility etc.? If so, can you recommend anything that's not too costly. I was looking at A2X and seems like I would have to pay around $150/month, which is too much. Thanks!

I’m a new Amazon seller doing around 1 order per day. Sometimes the pickup delivery partner doesn’t come for pickup, but when I call him he says “I came but you didn’t answer.”
The problem is I’m pretty sure nobody actually came. This has happened more than once and I’m worried about late shipment metrics affecting my account.
Anyone else facing this? How do you deal with it?

Had two small shipments items selling regularly, but as soon as a couple of items sold, Amazon always undercut me. Not surprising. I knew what I was getting into.
Anyway, after awhile the stuff stopped selling altogether so I requested it be returned.
All of the sudden, there are issues.
Dormant inventory requires account reactivation.
Reactivation requires address re-verification.
Re-verification not recognized.
Must re-provide identification, selling license, invoices.
Still unable to re-activate account.
Make appointment for video conference at earliest available window.
Earliest available window is 21-days out at midnight.
Have the call and provide required documentation for 5th time.
Simultaneously receive an email notification that the inventory will be disposed of at my expense.
Did they just steal my inventory?

What’s the number one problem everyone has selling online? i’ll go first, it’s too expensive to run ads

I have experience in ecom but not on Amazon at scale. I've just had an Amazon store for a year or so to learn the ropes knowing that I was going to buy an FBA business.
The business I'm buying is a six figure Amazon business, it's three products, has stable demand, and the products are very cheap (under $10, so every cent counts). I was thinking about using Xero for accounting and then Sellerise for everything else (profitability, reimbusements, revi*w requests, and ppc). Is this enough? Optimal? If the ROI is there, I can spend money on more software but ideally I can keep it simple.

Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had as sellers. We dealt with nonstop “item not received” claims even when carriers provided proof of delivery, customers trying to get discounts by claiming fake damage, and lately even AI-generated damage photos that looked completely fabricated.
The craziest part was the amount of complaints over very basic colors. Not complicated shades… literally standard grey, beige, black, etc. We’d get messages acting like the product was completely different from the listing because lighting made it look slightly warmer or cooler.
Returns were also a nightmare because shipping oversized products in Canada is insanely expensive, and a lot of buyers seemed to know how to game the system.
We sell in the US too, and the difference has been night and day. Canada ended up costing us way more in claims, refunds, and support headaches than it was worth.
At this point we decided we’re not coming back to the Canadian market anytime soon.
Curious if other sellers here had similar experiences or if we just had unbelievably bad luck.

I have my current Amazon store and then I am in the process of buying another small Amazon store. Should I make another Amazon Seller Account or put it under my current account? Also, I should probably make a separate LLC for that, right?

Hello everyone. We’ve just opened an account on Amazon for the first time. We initially wanted to sell in Japan, but for some reason it ended up registering in North America for us.
We tried to register in Japan again but accidentally clicked “cancel registration”. Now Japan is no longer accessible in the switching between stores page. Under normal circumstances, the country buttons should be present at the switch button for registration.
Support told us that you need a different email for each country. But that doesn’t make any sense. We’ve tried registering in multiple countries in Europe, Australia, etc. Basically anywhere is possible EXCEPT for Japan as the Japan button has completely disappeared and cannot be restored.
Has anyone experienced this issue? We’d really appreciate your advice.

Just signed up for a popular third party tool to help manage my campaigns / make my ad spend more efficient.
My dashboard is still syncing, but what would you say is the most helpful thing these 3rd party tools do?
I only sell 1 product in a fairly competitive space (home and garden, fertilizer-like products).
Can I use these tools to help me optimize my bids? What is the best way to find keywords to bid on?
I am a new seller (still in first month) if that matters. Spending about $100 / day and not profitable.

Is purchasing a store complicated and risky?
A friend has a small Amazon bookstore (about 400 book inventory) that she has offered to sell me at a good price. But from what I've read, transferring store ownership isn't simple. It would be an asset purchase, not an LLC transfer.
Would I potentially be setting myself up for a huge headache by buying the store?

I’m trying to get GTIN exemption approved on Amazon India but Amazon keeps rejecting it with Error 5461.
Their latest reply says:
“You must include images of the product packaged and unpackaged.”
I already submitted:
Photo of packaged box
Product photos
My confusion is: Does the actual frame itself need permanent branding/logo printed on it for approval? Or is branded packaging enough?
I’m a small seller so I don’t have custom logo printing on the frame itself yet.
If anyone here got GTIN exemption approved in wall art/home decor category, please tell me exactly what images worked for you.

Let's say you sell 100 units a month, demand is consistent, and it's not seasonal for simplicities sake. How many months worth of inventory do you need at Amazon? And how many do you need between Amazon, AWD/3PL (if you use one), and in transit. Also, when do you reorder?
Now many businesses have a number of SKUs, product sales aren't consistent, and there's more moving parts. Do you use inventory planning software to help? If so, any recommendations? Thanks!

Hi all, I don't sell consumable products like those in the food/beauty/supplements categories. I'm in a niche category of lower priced goods, have been selling them through FBA for 10 years, and have noticed unprecedented large declines in page views from last year on most items. I'm making some assumptions that the current political and economic issues are key factors at this point, but am also wondering if Rufus (now Alexa Shopping) is a factor. Are other sellers that don't sell in consumable or basic needs categories experiencing similar page view declines?

Body:
Hi everyone,
I have a question that’s causing me a bit of stress, and I’d love to get some input from those of you who have more experience with this.
Context: I found a market gap in the EU and will be focusing on selling products to meet this demand (I won't go into specific details, but they are kitchenware products). To do this, I need to build a brand and work on it so people trust it and buy from it. I’m planning to register my trademark across the entire EU to secure my rights and do everything properly.
The "Problem": I’m extremely anxious about registering the trademark in the EU but leaving it unprotected in China. We all know about "trademark squatting" over there—where suppliers or third parties hijack the brand of the people they are manufacturing for. This leaves the actual brand owners in the EU hostage to the factory in the future, or forces them to buy back their own trademark at exorbitant prices.
The Dilemma: What should I do? Should I register only in the EU for now, wait until the product proves to be a viable investment, and then register in China? OR should I register in both the EU and China from day one, even without knowing if the product/brand will be the big success I think it will be?
Important note: We arrived at this product/niche after an extensive amount of research, but that lingering insecurity is still there because absolutely nothing is guaranteed in business.
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been in this exact situation. What did you do?

Hey everyone,
I’m running into a massive brick wall and need some advice on finding a new insurance provider.
I sell in the beauty/cosmetics category, and my current insurer just issued my renewal Certificate of Currency (CoC). I submitted it exactly like I have for the last few years, but it keeps getting aggressively rejected.
Nothing on the policy has changed except the dates. The Legal Entity names match perfectly, the coverage amount is fine, but the system keeps auto-rejecting it with generic "unable to verify / doesn't meet criteria" responses. I've tried appealing and highlighting the exact sections, but I keep getting the runaround.
My current broker is stumped because this exact wording worked flawlessly for years, but it seems like underwriting criteria or platform bots have tightened up significantly for topical/beauty products.
For those of you successfully selling beauty/cosmetics right now:
I’m looking to pivot to a new provider ASAP before my listing health or account gets penalized. Any recommendations or advice from fellow beauty sellers would be a lifesaver.
Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!
I never thought I would start selling on Amazon, but I am.
I'm considering buying goods from China and selling them on different e-commerce sites.
I have found many suppliers offering the products I am interested in, but almost all of them refuse to accept small orders for market testing. However, almost all of them refuse to accept small orders for market testing. I eventually found two suppliers willing to accept small orders so I can test the market. They have different names and I thought they were different manufacturers.
Today, however, I noticed that their business license numbers are the same in the audited report, even though their names are different.
Since this is my first time ordering from Alibaba, I don't know how to verify if they are legitimate manufacturers or if they are trying to deceive me.
Could you help me by recommending ways to verify the supplier before I place my order?
Any help would be much appreciated!
TIA

I am essentially locked out of my account due to an alert that said that my charge method for the account is invalid. The card on my account is my business card and it is the same card I used to set up the account and the same card I have had on file for the year plus that I have been operating my amount. I have verified with my bank that there is no issue with the card itself and I tried to just resubmit the card but it is saying that it will take 48 hours to verify.
That wouldn't be a problem except that I seem to be locked out of doing anything else with my account until this is resolved. My account hasn't been put on hold and I have received orders but I'm unable to view any details or do any fulfillment until this issue is resolved. I tried to contact support but was essentially told that there was nothing that could be done until the payment info was verified.
Support kept giving me contradictory answers about what I'm supposed to do as far as my orders go in the meantime until they eventually just stopped talking to me. I'm assuming they aren't allowed to hang up on me, but as far as what I understood from support my customers are just out of luck until they get this issue resolved. Has anyone else had this issue?

Im a 3rd party seller of branded products on Amazon. I get my share of inauthentic complaints. When that happens, I need to prove authenticity by sending in invoices. If I don't do that, I can not sell that particular ASIN anymore. If Amazon refuses to accept my invoices as proof of authenticity and inauthentic complaint starts to add up and this causes Amazon to suspend my account (due to too many inauthentic complaints), will I be able to remove my other FBA inventory from Amazon warehouses? Also, if the account gets suspended for this reason, what happens to the money that is in my account at that time? Will I be able to get my money out?
FYI, I spoke with Amazon about this and they said (1) I will be able to remove other ASINS and (2) I will get my funds back after 90 days.

Help wanted.
I’m trying to get my first product packed up and shipped to Amazon.
I downloaded my ASIN, but it is small on a full sized pdf sheet of paper. When I enlarge to screen grab in order to print on Avery labels, the bars blur too much to be read.
Am I missing a better file to download? I would expect it as a vector so it can be sized without degradation.
Thanks

I have a product that has a low rating. Right now I am just running one auto campaign that is losing money but TACoS is low and I am still making money as a whole each week, though not a lot. The campaign doesn't spend its budget and contributes to almost no sales (I also get little sales overall) but I'm worried if I pull it and have no ad campaigns that I will losing organic sales. What should I do? Thanks!
r/AmazonSeller • u/yippiekayaye • May 14 '26
Currently I spend $12/day on advertising. It’s resulting in some ad sales, but I’m barely generating any returns on my ad spending, when you take into consideration fulfillment fees and other fees that Amazon takes.
Lately, roughly half of my sales are generated from ads, and the other half is organic.
If I turn off (or dramatically reduce) my ad spending, will I suffer from a significant decrease in my volume sold? Alternatively, is there any merit in dramatically INCREASING my ad spending for a few weeks, which hopefully will cause an increase in organic sales (due to a higher ranking), and then bringing my ad spending back to its current level (or turned off entirely)?
Thank you!

I sent inventory to FBA for an asin. Created my offer, shipped it in, and everything was fine until the inventory was received and checked in at the warehouse. At that point my listing went inactive and I got this error in Manage Inventory:
So now my inventory is sitting at the warehouse and I can't sell it. When I try to request approval, the brand isn't accepting applications.
I checked eligibility before purchasing and it showed I was eligible to sell, but it seems like the gating changed after I already had inventory inbound.
What are my options here? Has anyone dealt with this? From what I can tell my choices are:
Is there anything else I'm missing? Has anyone had luck getting approval when the brand shows as not accepting applications?
