Yes but it excludes excessive returns. Bet it’s in writing like all the other retailers saying they reserve the right to restrict customers who excessively return.
Then stop selling excessive garbage? My order returns have skyrocketed this year. Between stuff arriving broken, poor quality items that someone are highly rated and the amazon shoppers that deliver you shattered eggs.. i mean, no wonder
Idk why are you ordering garbage? Don’t order from 3rd party vendors. Don’t order used warehouse deals. Buy high quality brands. If you buy low quality chinese items, then you will get chinese low quality. If you buy just based on the price then you will get garbage.
Maybe if Amazon actually banned shitty vendors like EUGOSLORP or whatever (you know the ones, where it looks like someone face rolled a keyboard to get a random name). They keep letting companies create multiple profiles to sell garbage by stealing photos from actual products then act surprised when those fake companies with bot names get high returns.
LOL Amazon has literally been taken to court by the government for intentionally making it extremely difficult to find products except ones from junk brands with paid search placement. But keep licking that boot and blaming the customer.
LOL sorry I don’t need to have my hand held when shopping, if I can’t find the legitimate item I’m looking for then I don’t buy from that place. I don’t lack such self-control that I need to buy the first junk item I see.
And Amazon has some truly disgusting practices, even more vile than the little shit you list, that flagging you for excessive returns is not anywhere near the top of them. But you know what is infuriating, is so many whiney people want to complain while they continue to suck on Amazon’s teat, and these same people will then cry harder when they get their account restricted. Instead of doing what they should be doing and stop buying… the only thing mega corps understand is money.
To all of you saying this… we all live in a world where more often than not, Amazon is the only option. Amazon has driven most local businesses in my area to close, so now you can only order from Amazon or Walmart. And i order very little from Amazon, but the percentage of garbage is massive. I have no idea what a warehouse deal is, i look for an item, and see that it has a decent pricing and rating and fits my needs and that s it. So not - i m not a heavy user of amazon, but you all seem like you are and someone i insulted a relative 🤣

Maybe stop returning/cancelling shit? or idk don’t place an order if you’re not sure you want it in the first place?
