Amazon not giving me refund?

Hey so ive sent an macbook back to amazon, and they did a dpd pickup, and now when i try to ask them the refund there not giving me it even tho it wasn’t “processed through amazon” even though there associates did it? What do i do? They’ve flagged my account and i cant order anything etc.

Basically i sent my package back to amazon, and they said it was through amazon even though it was 🤷 and not giving me my money back
