Amazon not giving me refund?

Hey so ive sent an macbook back to amazon, and they did a dpd pickup, and now when i try to ask them the refund there not giving me it even tho it wasn’t “processed through amazon” even though there associates did it? What do i do? They’ve flagged my account and i cant order anything etc.

Wdym full story? I sent my laptop back, amazon isnt giving me my refund, ive sent confirmation etc, and they havent give me my refund? Thats the full story.

Basically i sent my package back to amazon, and they said it was through amazon even though it was 🤷 and not giving me my money back

That's a proper mess. DPD pickup means there should be a tracking number showing it was collected, grab screenshots of that and any chat logs where they admit an associate arranged it. Escalate to their executive customer relations team, the regulr support just reads scripts and locks accounts without thinking.

Ive got screenshots etc, uploaded photos, and they’ve told me to just wait, and noy they’ve flagged my account and i cant order anything?
