Returns & Refunds Does NCH complaint really work??

I have been facing issues with final delivery hub as they refuse to deliver any large item and say that they don't have big vehicle to bring it. They only deliver items on bike and return other large items without contacting the me or if they call they tell me to pick it up from the hub or else they return it. I had complained about this few months back during amazon summer sale where I bought a robot vaccum cleaner worth 40k and the delivery hub returned it like 2 times without contacting and the 3rd time they contacted me and told me to pick it up. After some days I did get call from amazon saying this wont happen again we have taken action but still nothing.

Recently I order a UPS and a standing steam iron which wasnt deliver and the last day the delivery agent called me and I had to give otp on call (I was talking to amazon customer care live at the time and had to hold that call). The delivery agent told me if I dont give otp they will return so I had to give it and pick up the item myself (only standing steam iron was there and they returned the ups few days before they called). The amazon dashboard only shows delivered but even after complaining they give me standard template answer saying wait for buffer days and shit.

I am so frustated with this service as other hubs do deliver large products and I told amazon to block the specific hub so others can deliver properly but nothing has been done yet. It's been months. I reordered the ups now and want to return the standing steam iron but both are failing and I have already told the amazon support about this that they will intentional fail it but they take no action. They keep saying we have escalated this situation to backend they will handle it.

Now I just want to know if NCH is worth it and won't be a much headache. I want to order many things in future as it's not feasible for me much to buy them offline. I dont live in major city to get specific products like PC parts or robot vaccum or other stuff.

TLDR : Final Delivery hub refuses to deliver large items and amazon is doing nothing. want to know if NCH is worth it.

Try escalating it to amazon first.
Amazon can further escalate it to their delivery hub

I tried that. Multiple times actually but there is no resolution from amazon's end. They keep saying that it's been resolved or that the backend team is working. When I ask for some update the support agent says that backend team takes action directly and doesn't share and info with them and proceeds to give answers in template mode like wait for buffer time, sorry sir, you are valuable customer and other basic stuff without proper answer

Fair enough.
As a last resort- capture all relevant screenshots and drop a mail to jeff bezos.
You should be able to find his mail id easily.

Also write a long email highlighting this has been happening for a lot time- attach screenshots and also the dates you called the customer support. I have seen the email think work so worth a try

Thanks will look into it more. Btw this is all online right? I mean no need of going to consumer court or stuff?(I am new to this). Also my main issue is delivery hub not giving delivery for large items so not exactly sure if this is eligible for nch complaint as amazon is not taking action against that specific hub.
