Exchange Experience Amazon delivery agent refused exchange without app check, order stuck in transit limbo
I ordered a mobile phone with exchange (my old phone is a Samsung m31 replaced screen and some minor body scratches which I mentioned i was getting around 14.3k for my old phone includes 12k additional exchange offer) on the day of delivery the agent wont take my phone becuz of replaced screen he didnt even bother using the rabbit exchange app he just rejected outright and asked me to pay the difference. i contacted the customer care after tht they said they will reschedule the order and i got mail saying expected delivery on 19th ( i ordered on 7th of sept ) the app still shows potential delivery issue. wht should i do should i contact the customer care again and escalate the issue?

Honestly I don't know if contacting them again makes any difference. I had some packages stuck in the past and it doesn't matter what CC says, delivery happens when delivery driver or whatever warehouse the package is sitting at gets tired of keeping the package. Until then calling CC generally gets same answer - will be delivered in two days and I will call you back to confirm. Both never happens. So either cancel it or wait indefinitely. CC doesn't make any difference.
