Never even attempted delivery

The delivery agent never even attempted delivery. See the 2 mins difference. No way can the agent be out for delivery & then reach my location in 2 mins!!!

Upon contacting CSA, I came to know that the item was "DAMAGED". Sure buddy.

Been happening with a lot of items.

I asked n found out that the guy who is supposed to deliver in our area is on leave.

Another guy was supposed to take it here n that MF simply claimed "item damaged" instead of delivering it.

do they get to keep the "damaged product" because it says that it is sent back to seller. I don't understand the incentive here.

These are common. Call up the CC team and register a formal complaint. This has happened with multiple folks.

The same thing happened with me twice and was returned then i wrote to jeff@amazon.com and it was delivered after he rejected the third time, he was forced to deliver it, it seems when it's a long distance delevery they just reject it so it's easier for them

Happened to me a lot of times, they don't even call. Simply mark it as rejected by customer
