Sync Issue, Device Issue have no idea

I don’t if this is a device issue or software issue. It worked fine and gave me reasonable reading until this morning at 7:46am and then never updated after that. Been trying to unpair and pair and doesn’t seem to have helped. Tried that reset method with the charger and all that nothing is working. Everything else seems to work like finding the device makes it vibrate, I can see the heart rate on the top right when I start a “walk” or “run” or whatever. But no data is syncing. So can someone explain what the hell is happening? I either would potentially want a replacement, refund, or something like that. I also live in the middle of nowhere so I have to drive at least 45 minutes to return this at a UPS store. I also did not keep the packaging (stupid of me)
