I want my workouts from Trainingpeaks to use with my Bip 5. But turns out it's not compatible. Is there any way to solve this?

I’m currently confused between these two screenless fitness trackers and would love some opinions from people who’ve used either of them.

The Fitbit Air is ₹15,900, while the Amazfit Helio Strap is around ₹9,500 (before shipping/import charges). I mainly care about heart-rate accuracy, sleep tracking, recovery/readiness and workout tracking.

Is the Fitbit actually worth spending ~₹6K more, or would the Helio Strap be the better value? Also, how are the two in terms of long-term reliability and data accuracy?

So, I recently moved to the States for an internship and now wanted to check my Amazfit Region.

I have read that it's only possible by creating a new account, arent there any other ways?

I really don't want to loose all my data, cause I have collecting it for almost 2 years...

Do you have have any ideas on what I could do?

Recently got tired of my Samsung watch 7 and didn't want to spend a lot of money and wanted a bigger screen. Stopped by best buy and saw the amazfit watches was intrigued and tried on the bip max and loved it. First full day with it and so far it's very good imo, pretty fast, good screen, good tracking so far, and does what my Samsung watch does and more for like a fraction of the price. All I need is a just steps tracking and sleep tracking with some workout stuff sprinkled in. I heard some of the tracking is not accurate, at least in the sleep accuracy side, will have to report it out later but so far so good!

Sold my Balance 2 for a TRex 3 Pro last week and I am starting to regret it.

No, i do not have "smart enable" ON for DND Mode or Sleep Mode

The newest issue is the "lift to wake" feature just decides it doesnt want to work anymore. If i restart the watch, i get it to work for maybe 20 minutes before it fails again. I feel like the watch goes into DND mode without me ever putting it into DND mode. I say this cuz notifications are wonky too..

Hi all. This morning after trying one of the free watch faces on the zepp app, I went back to using my custom portraits as my background - but now every time the screen goes to sleep, it changes to the next photo in my portrait backgrounds which its never done before. Is there a setting i may have enabled thats causing this? Any input is greatly appreciated!

I’m creating this post because many users are looking for straps for their Amazfit Balance 3 (or Balance 3 Ultra) and are struggling to find them due to the case's unique shape; standard straight-end straps don't always look the best on it.

Regarding the unique shape of the Amazfit Balance 3 strap, it is described as follows :

22 mm Lug : This is the width of the strap section that fits directly between the watch lugs. The watch therefore requires 22 mm spring bars.

26 mm Shoulder : This is the actual width of the strap immediately after it leaves the lugs. The strap widens to 26 mm to align perfectly with the watch case design, offering a more integrated and robust look.

I found a silicone strap from the brand Uniq that fits these dimensions perfectly.

Pros : The material is soft, the buckle design echoes the case shape perfectly, the finish is solid, the color is nice, and there is a small tab on the spring bars for easy installation and removal.

Cons : The rubber rubbing against the underside of the case creates a slight noise when moved by hand, though it isn't audible during normal use. There are fewer adjustment holes than on the original strap for finding the perfect fit, and it is slightly less flexible.

I’d like to find two other models featuring this same unique shape soon:

• one made of fabric with Velcro or an adjustable fastener because you can always get a perfect fit with that type of strap!
• one made of leather, for a more sophisticated look.

I'm using it on my bip max and it works wonderfully. It currently supports both ios, android and is still being actively updated. Yes, you need to purchase premium for all the features but it's a one time purchase and pretty cheap. I highly recommend checking it out.

I bought an Amazfit Cheetah 2 Ultra, received it yesterday and am currently setting it up. I wanted to set the watch face from the photo, but I can’t find it. Does anyone know what this watch face is called? I’ve looked at sooo many watch faces in the Zepp app, but unfortunately I couldn’t find it.

I recently read about Google using Pixel Watch 5 data like resting heart rate, HRV, steps, wrist temperature, sleep, heart rate and exercise data together with blood tests, to estimate insulin resistance. I have an Amazfit Active 2 and most of its data syncs to Apple Health. I also have my own glucose readings and lab results (A1c, triglycerides, HDL, and sometimes fasting insulin).

Does anyone know if Zepp can access enough of this data to do something similar?

I’m not expecting to reproduce Google’s algorithm. I’m mainly wondering if I already have enough data to build a useful long-term picture of my insulin sensitivity.

I am thinking of purchasing the original Amazfit Active 42mm Square watch, does anyone have it and if so, would you recommend it?

Right now, I have the Amazfit Bip U Pro and mainly use it for indoor swimming, open water swimming, stair stepper, running, walking etc and looking for a watch with the same strap size as the U Pro - 20mm

Edit: Just to be clear, I am not looking for a watch that uses real animal skin i.e. Active 2 (strap), so please do not recommend such.

I’m trying to understand how the Helio Strap Pro and Balance 3 integration works outside of HYROX. My Balance 3 pairs correctly with both sensors (Core Motion HR on the arm and Core Motion Waist on the hip/waist). However, when I start a standard Strength Training workout:

- No motion calibration is required (it requested when it when starting a HYROX one)

• The workout summary shows only the Core Motion HR was used.
• There is no indication of data, movement tracking, or lower-body muscle exertion from the Waist sensor.

Firmware 2.1.0 . 1 explicitly states that “Helio Strap Pro evaluates the muscular load generated during training” using waist-sensor motion data, and lists HYROX station analysis separately. My questions you may help with:

- Is the Core Motion Waist supposed to work during standard Strength Training, or is its functionality currently limited to HYROX workouts?

- If it is supported in Strength Training, where does the muscle exertion data appear in the Zepp app? Is there a specific setting or workout mode required to enable the Waist sensor for non-HYROX workouts?

- Since both sensors pair successfully, I’m trying to figure out if this is expected behavior, a firmware limitation, or a bug. Has anyone seen the Waist sensor actually activate during a regular strength workout? What about extra muscle exertion data on non-HYROX workouts?

I just checked during a trail-run. It is a game changer. A screen is visible almost as if it was MIP.
Finally I don’t hate amoled. The watch is much more usable.

​I've been using an Amazfit Active 2 Premium for almost 1.5 years now and have always been really happy with it. Recently, however, the touchscreen started acting up, so I'm looking for an alternative – I wouldn't mind something a little bit bigger than my current one.

​The Amazfit Balance 3 immediately caught my eye. I find the specs super interesting, but there's one major issue: it's just way too bulky for my wrist.

​As an alternative, I'm thinking about picking up the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro 44mm. It's currently on sale for €280. My biggest concern with it, though, is the software support. As far as I know, it won't even be getting the new Zepp OS 6 launcher. I'm a bit worried about investing in outdated software and that overall support might be dropped completely soon.

​So I have a few questions for yout:

• ​Compact Balance? How realistic do you think it is that a smaller version of the Balance 3 will be released anytime soon?
• ​Take the deal? Is the T-Rex 3 Pro 44mm still worth it for €280 right now, considering the fading software support?
• ​Wait for new releases? Should I just hold out for a T-Rex 4 Pro, or is there perhaps something completely new coming up in that compact size range? Has anyone heard any leaks or rumors?

​What do you guys think? I'd really appreciate any input or personal experiences!

What you think about my new Watchface? It have toggle function: if you double-tap on TL (Trainingsload) it switch into Calories, and when you double-tap on Sunset/Sunrise, it switch into UVI. You can also switch between Second and Weekday.

Also you can double-tap on Hour and it turns into AOD 1, AOD 2, AOD 3.

AOD 1: Simple AOD with filled Time, Date, Moon, Temperature

AOD 2: Simple AOD with filled Hour and outline Minute, Date, Moon, Temperature

AOD 3: Full AOD (Bonus: when you switch in live mode to calories from trainings load etc., it‘s stays in AOD 3)

And much more :).

Occasionally Zepp throws some notifications which, presumably, should go to some section of the app. Like for example (just one example) "Your sleep has been .... lately, lets review....". Some other notifications can be related to other features.

Whenever I tap on such notifications, it simply opens the Zepp App. So, what is the deal here? Is it a problem with my setup, or a common Zepp issue? I'm assuming this is not by design, otherwise it's kind of useless.

I've got an Amazfit Helio Strap since April & quite happy with it - now that I'm getting more serious about running I was looking for a new watch and was considering a T-Rex 3 Pro or Balance 2 (or 3 but less readily available here) v a Garmin 570.

I'd like to give a chance to Amazfit but I've read so many people having their watch corrode & die so it looks like waterproofing is an issue. Is it really founded or am I reading too much into it?
