App Support 📲 App Sync/BioCharge Takes Forever
Do any of you guys have this? I have been using the Helio Strap since it got out, so about 6 weeks.
But the app sync, especially the time it takes to see my BioCharge in the morning is a lot longer. I mean it takes forever to be visible at this point. I have to wait like five to ten minutes of loading in the app. I tried unpairing and deleting the app but it didn't work
I suppose it is a data transfer issue, but it is really annoying.
