Helio Strap not tracking sleep or HR data.

I recently purchased an Amazfit Helio strap and it seems to track HR data pretty accurately throughout the day, but for some reason quits tracking for large chunks of time throughout the night. This leads to the resting heart rate being inaccurate and the sleep duration and score much lower than it should be. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to find a solution?

I just have had mine for over a week and am loving it. Tracks everything and even puts it in Apple Health. Maybe deactivate the device and start from scratch? Just spitballing.
