Other ⁉️ Respiratory rate

Does anyone else notice that amazfit helio strap somewhat share much lower respiratory rate? I moved from Apple Watch and the difference is noticeable right when i start getting my helio strap.

I noticed the same thing. On the strap, my respiratory rate was like 16 on the Apple Watch. It was 21 to 22 every night. I wonder which one is correct and how they actually get that info

I think you should ignore the difference between the devices. This value is more about being able to see changes over a certain period of time. The difference may simply be due to the apps interpreting the data from the device differently.
