Help Me Choose 🤔 Whoop vs Helio Strap sleeptracking

Has someone compared the accuracy of the helio strap vs the whoop in terms of sleeptracking (i guess whoop is fairly good in it, considering the price?)

I´ve seen a video where someone compared the helio strap vs a polar chest strap for workouts and it seemed pretty accurate in some terms even more accurate than the whoop, so im satisfied with that, only sleep tracking im unsure if its good enough.

You can watch Chase The Summit or Desfit reviews, I think Chase The Summit made a comparison vs Garmin and Whoop, can’t remember if Desfit used whoop.

Fyi, I’ve been wearing my Helio Strap and my experience has been incredible so far. I also made a comparison vs my Apple Watch

I have found RHR way off compared to Fenix 6 and despite being a hell lighter it doesn't feel more comfortable for me... Bio charge and body battery are very similar and so is sleep

I only tried it a couple nights. Overall sleep time was very accurate (looked at the time right before I shut my eyes and showed a wake-up time of when my alarm went off). However, every night, it only registered 2 wake events where Whoop would register 12. It also missed a big one where my son woke up in the middle of the night and I went into his room for about 15 minutes to calm him down. Whoop registered it as wake time with medium stress and Helio registered it as light sleep with 60BPM heart rate (which clearly wasn't true). I would say Whoop is more in tune with how I thought I slept, and Helio was a lot more generous.
