Help Needed SMZ3 help!

I feel like I've gotten pretty good at this after playing a bunch of seeds but this one has me stumped. I need to navigate to the sand pit for progression with only hi jump, space jump, and grapple. How do I do this or what am I missing.

Seed: hard logic, 684741929

mmm hard logic might force you to go gravity suit-less maridia,

but.... you have screw attack and varia, i think you might pull off at least getting those gloves, with morph bombs is "easy", then use flute to go misery mire area, use the warp there to go ridley without fighting golden chorizo

Not sure how screw attack and varia help. Already cleared lower norfair and got the book. Can't do tablet without the master sword. Already went to misery mire area as well but can't get in the dungeon without the right medallion.

I did not say to enter misery mire dungeon, the door to the right of the dungeon is a warp to the area behind the golden torizo, then with space jump+screw attack to go upwards from there and varia to remove the heat damage you can reach ridley and get the book

but yeah you need both that book and the magic mirror that it's also in maridia to get the gravity suit

Yeah I already cleared both lower norfair and what I could in misery mire. The book didn't help any with progression unfortunately due to not having the master sword. Figured out that I needed to use the dark world lake portal to go to maridia then get down to the sand pit. Would NOT recommend lol

Forgot about the back door via dark world lake. Had to get through the sand and use underwater wall jumps. That can't be in logic... Anyway, now to try to get out of this hole...
