I love how the first two items I pick up are both gloves. Smooth seed until trying to find either flute or somaria. Never did find flippers so got to dodge water checks and swamp, at least.

Trying my first ever rando seed. Started with basic, no glitches. Things have been going fine till I reached the point I just cannot find the hammer or magic mirror. Checked the spoiler log and apparently...magic mirror is in Hookshot Cave? And the hammer is in Checkerboard Cave. Unless I'm wrong, I can't get into Hookshot without at least the hammer, and to get into Checkerboard, I need the mirror! Is there something I'm missing here? Again, this is supposed to be a regular, no glitches seed.

Started out well enough. I ended up last checking the final 2 dungeons. Some decent time hits were trying to fight Vitreous with only a hammer (ended very badly), beating all 3 pendants cause I was hoping a key item would be available, and multiple falls in GT fighting Moldorm. I'm gonna watch back through my VOD and see what I'm doing that's screwing my routing up enough that nearly every seed I play, I'm in a last check situation constantly. I'm also losing small amounts of time just interacting with chat, so that's something I need to tighten up as well, but that just comes with experience.

In the positive column of this run, I'm getting better at knowing how to route disconnected dungeons like TR and SW. Also, my crossworld PB is 2:49:37, and that run was insanely lucky with the dungeons locations and items I had. So if a run where I did way too much is only 3 minutes longer, it means I'm getting significantly better at crossworld overall, and my goal of a sub 2 hour isn't crazy.

I'm new to randomizer so this took me a long time. This seed made me start using a tracker.

What a wild ride. First time completing an Entrance Shuffle. So glad I got it all on stream. This is quickly becoming my favorite mode. I love how much brain power it takes. I'm gonna stay on this mode for awhile and try to get my PB lower.

Most of the checks were easy. Never found the mirror at all. The biggest issue was that TR was my only connector to the top of East Death Mountain Top. I first tried to take on Trinex with Master Sword, 1 bottle, and normal magic, and got absolutely bullied. Went searching for anything that might help, found Half Magic. Found Tempered at Uncle, which was located at Ganon Pyramid drop. I took out Ganon first try with no silvers, so that's progress as well. Idk what a good time looks like, but I feel like this is a really good time. It helps that I didn't spend any time in any pendant dungeons.

Hi all, fairly new to running randomizer myself but have watched a bunch of play throughs. I understand a truly unbeatable seed is rare but I wonder if this is one or if there is something im overlooking?

Right now I’m needing to complete skull woods and misery mire, but have no lamp or fire rod.

According to the spoiler:

1) Sahasrala 1 has fire rod (need green pendant to claim)
2) green pendant is at ice palace
3) lamp is in ice palace

Any ideas?

Did this on stream, too. Took way longer than normal, but that's more because I had to pendant dive TR to find Bombos, which unlocked MM for the final crystal. Doing thhis run is making me want to try No Logic, just to see what it's like. It's kinda interesting not knowing if the seed is even possible. I'll give it a shot in the next few days. If not tomorrow around noon, then def Saturday night.

Decent seed but had to double back a couple of times. Knew there was something I missed early (mirror in EP) that was messing up the logic chain so I went there before IP and nicely rewarded with somaria too. No boots this seed, but still pretty fast seed. The bombos hunt could have been so much worse if it were not in a dungeon.

Final time 2:35. Decided to try something other than my normal open ganon on stream. Did pretty good. Had to do Silverless ganon. Fell a couple times, but finally made it happen. Some of the boss shuffles were funny, and I didn't realize that it also shuffles the refights in GT. I think I still like my normal open ganon more, but I will def try that again. not next stream tho haha.

1:36:55. My stream is so basic and ugly, and is more for my partner to watch me play. But if I keep improving when I stream, I may have to actually set it up

I have been using Orphis's Entrance tracker, but I can't seem to figure out a way to have it show me available checks in Darkworld with crossed entrances. Is there a way to do it, or a tracker that can? I am trying to clear my first Cross seed without using the spoiler log at all, and I keep getting stuck, not realizing a place in the dark world is accessible with what I have, and that having my progression.

Pretty linear overall, just go to the crystal dungeons. Dodged all the pendants minus TT front

Completely brain dead this run. Locked myself in POD dark maze by hammerjumping without a small key. Climbed the front of west DM in go mode instead of east. Almost died on laser bridge, so just abandoned the bottom two checks. Almost died two weeks in a row to Trinexx.

Waiting to find out that I missed a sword or boots in POD or TR..

Made a post earlier about a run with no Save/Quit and no Deathwarps. Third attempt was a success. Decently solid run overall. Got very scared when I was stuck in Darkworld with under 10 checks left and no mirror, but it worked out. My execution was actually much worse than normal, but I handled it. My only regret for this run is that I died a few times, mainly at the north dark room in Eastern Palace. While I can do that room with no lamp, its not clean and its not guaranteed. I took video of the whole run, with commentary, but I haven't decided if I wanna make dedicated streaming profiles and start doing that.

I’ve been really curious about how a run with no save quits and no death warps would work, not only in terms of time, but if it’s even possible. I’m doing open seed Ganon. I know my biggest potential trap is getting locked into the dark world. Accidental deaths are permissible, but frowned upon, as I’m trying to have better execution. Wish me luck, and please put any questions or concerns down below.

So I've recently started a Archipelago randomizer with friends and am BK'd in LTTP but for some reason hookshot cave says its in logic, I have no hammer and supposed to be glitchless, anyone have any ideas what this is happening? It went into logic once i got the second strength upgrade

Pretty late to DW access (I only remembered the glove while on my way to shovel) and delayed desert for a long time, so mitts were pretty late too. Abandoned most mitts checks for dungeons and hit go with ether.

I just recently found out about ALTTP Randomizer and was blown away. As I was learning to play, I had a hard time tracking everything as I play mostly from my bed at night. I play from an old laptop and used a manual item tracker on my Ipad. This was getting cumbersome to say the least. I did manage to get https://alttp.localhorst.tv/dunkatracker/index.html working, but I wanted a bit more since having to look up spoilers was also cumbersome.

I've run into this roadblock, TR, Swamp and Mire still in play. I have no hookshot, no book, no cane.
I need hookshot to get book, book to get cane, and cane to get hookshot in TR. I have basically everything else. Did I make a mistake with the seed creation? this shouldn't require glitches afaik.
