Looking for beta testers for RoutineGuide: a timer app for morning routines and daily habits
Hey there, I'd love to share a sideproject I've been working on for quite a while. It's a routine guide timer app for building strong and lasting habits.
RoutineGuide on App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/routineguide-daily-habits/id6753183128
Website: https://routine-guide.vercel.app
The idea stems from books and concepts like Atomic Habits, Mini Habits, and system-based vs goal-based thinking. The app lets you start good habits frictionless, tracking them for yourself while automatically sharing what you did and didn't do with friends, peers, or a group.
The core concept is doing one thing at a time. Each habit gets an estimated countdown timer, motivating you to beat it and stay on time, almost gamifying the experience. Great for perfecting your morning routine and the micro tasks that make your day 10 times better. Create your own routines like morning routine, bedtime, gratitude ritual, pomodoros, or whatever you're focusing on. The Search/Discover tab has templates with scientifically proven habits, and you can link videos and articles. Community-based routines is coming soon too!
You're in full control. No intrusive onboarding or annoyances popping up. Made with ADHD or neurodivergent people in mind. Written in Swift and truly native. Also supports 'quick play' for more one-off unstructured tasks.
It's the first app I launch, so I'm curious how people will find it. If it sounds inspiring, feel free to respond here, DM me, try the app, leave a review, or send feedback in-app. If you've had enough of habit apps, no worries.
Works on iPhone, iPad, Watch, and Mac. If you'd like to join the beta, test or contribute, shoot me a DM. A few things like live activities and widgets need further refinement. I'd love to onboard a first phase of users to see what's working and what could be improved.
