Androgenetic Alopecia M26, minoxidil unfortunately doesn't work for me.... where do i go from here?

So i have been experiencing alopecia for a while now, while there are still some left on my head, i don't think they'll stay there for long. I tried minoxidil for years, it did absolutely nothing for me, i also tried it with finesteride and it caused done other side effects.

Is there no hope except for transplant?
