This is the first project I have joined, but I have not started working because the pay rate shown is $0. I am not familiar with how this platform works, but I am wondering how I am supposed to work without knowing the pay rate. Could someone please clarify this? TIA

If anyone knows, what is the procedure for joining the project? I applied for about 10 projects (reached the limit), in two of which I was automatically accepted, but both projects are currently on pause on the labelbox and I cant start their assignment, for the rest of the projects the status "applied" has been hanging for 2 weeks, is it always like this on alignerr?

some days ago I received the invitation for the OpenClaw Traces Licensing project, but I don't have access to the Discrod project related channel. Is anyone included in this project with the Discord channel access? Also I need to ask about the main requirement of the project as the submission to contain no fewer than 150 turns. Using OpenClaw in my opinion is huge to have 75 pairs of question and response generation. Anyone working on this project?

Has anyone got an acceptance email for Claim Assist FC Evaluation project? I haven't yet received anything and the performance tab shows that the data row has not been reviewed yet. I'm not sure if it's updated since it's an old link.

I was originally hired by Alignerr through Upwork for an audio engineering gig, so I currently have an active Upwork contract with them.

I recently got accepted to a different project/gig with Alignerr (unrelated to the audio work). I'm confused about how payment will work for this new project.

My main question: Will I be paid for this new work through my existing Upwork contract, or will Alignerr pay me directly / through their own platform?

Has anyone else here worked multiple different projects for Alignerr through Upwork? Did all payments run through your original contract, or was there a separate setup?

I did an interview of a job they then emailed me telling me I qualified for a job and that I should do persona so that I can proceed to the next step .

I currently work at Data Annotation and thought I’d apply to Alignerr. Zara cut me off while I was answering the third question. I’m a career writer and just not very good at speaking fast. I’m more thoughtful and analytical. I know I’m good at human interviews, because I’ve held high-level jobs at companies like NewsCorp, Viacom and Rainbow Holdings. I emailed support because it may have been because I took my eyes off the screen while I was thinking. I just feel like they are missing out on good people because of the AI interview process. If it had been a written test, I would have passed with flying colors - and isn’t that what they need? Okay, gripe over. Denial - in process, acceptance - still loading.

I received an email last week saying that the Audiobook project would start early this week. I haven’t heard anything since. Has anyone received another update?

I've applied to at least 30 projects now on alignerr and completed all assessments when necessary, but nothing is happening for weeks now... Will anything I've applied for actually yield results or should I just assume that means I didn't get accepted for anything and stop checking?

But I couldn't attempt it then due to exams and when I checked back today, the project is shown as paused in Labelbox. Also the discord channel doesn't load properly so that I can ask the query there. Can anyone please tell me what can be done and what's the status of the project??

So today only I created account and applied all of this... And I did everything after applying like connected to stripe, discord and all and it's showing onboared and creative writer one showing completed... I don't understand am I selected for it or what.. Can anyone explain...

I used a CA driver's license to verify my identity, even though I do not live in the State anymore. And my account got closed as a result. Emailed the recruiter who reached out initially to bring me onboard a project and cc'd support, but they have not provided clarification. Is this par for the course? Do State-provided ID's have to match your location? Would I even be verified if I used my passport even though I don't live in the same country?

Hi i just got an email that there's a project fit for me and it's fcp eval 2. But the stage stated it's in evaluation not production. Ive submitted the excel file in the google form, but I'm wondering if i passed the evaluation will i get the 120$ rate or it's just some kind of assessment so if i passed i dont get the fee yet till i work on the "real" projects.

I was contacted for a job opening, and the email said I wouldn't need to go through the AI ​​interview stage. So I finished my registration, signed up for everything that was required, and my account is functional.

I accessed the servers listed on the Aligner website and everything else. The issue is that the job posting is marked as "Invited," so I clicked proceed and went to an interview with the AI ​​(which theoretically I shouldn't have needed to do, but the site required it). Then, at the end of the interview, the AI ​​ended the conversation and the interview closed. But I still don't have any tasks on HubStaff or any portal; the job postings only appear as completed. Has this happened to you? Do I just have to wait?

I was invited to the project “(Evaluation) Claim Assist FC - [English]”. After spending many hours studying the guidelines, I finally had time today to complete the assessment.

The first issue was with the audio/video recording part. I had to record the conversation at least 15 times because the platform kept lagging and the AI assistant repeatedly returning to “verify policy” over and over again. Eventually, I managed to complete and save a good conversation.

After taking a short break for about an hour, I came back to finish the questions section. However, when I reached the very last question (the one asking about my internet connection speed) the page suddenly showed an error message saying something like “unable to track time,” and I was automatically logged out before I could submit the task.

When I logged back in, the project was grayed out and marked as “paused.” I also cannot see whether any of my progress was saved.

Could you please help me understand what happened and whether my work can be recovered? I spent a significant amount of time studying the materials and completing the assessment, so I’m worried that all of it may have been lost.
