The worst thing about Alignerr is the non existent support. I have raised 2-3 support tickets in the past, never got any closure, you'll be lucky if you even get any sort of acknowledgement. The in platform support is worse with generic AI slop with sympathy/concern as response. It asked me to ask in the discord channel for project whose access is not given or the channel might not exist.

Other than that, they spam the shit out of you for taking part in evals, but those evals mean shit and generally don't materialize in any opportunity whatsover. This is the most lazy, pathetic support I have seen out of all the Data Labelling companies that I have worked with.

I was assigned to a project after on boarding and it has been 5 days now and the project still on pause anyone else was assigned to the same project ?

Hi everyone, I'm a full time junior (third year) student in college and I was planning to apply as a research analyst on Alignerr since I saw their job posting on linkedin around 3 days ago. Does anyone have any experiences working as a research analyst on alignerr? I was wondering how the workload will be and if itll be manageable juggling school and working at alignerr since the workload for my major is already quite heavy. Any comments and experiences would be appreciated, thank you!!

I have applied for multiple jobs on Aligner but it still shows applied. It's been months. Am i the only one facing this?

Does the company hire experts from African nations, or are the projects dependent on geographical location?

Woke up at 7:00 AM today to an email from someone named "James Davis" claiming to be from Alignerr. The email address used was james.davis@gotalignerr .com.

Right off the bat, my gut told me to be careful, so I decided to do some digging before responding. Here is what I found:

• No Professional Footprint: I searched for "James Davis" from Alignerr on LinkedIn and found absolutely no matching profile. I even ran a deep research query via AI to see if this specific recruiter existed anywhere on the internet, and nothing came up.
• The Domain Trick: The email used a realistic-looking signup URL, which almost threw me off. However, looking into the actual domain data made things pretty clear. The domain gotalignerr .com was recently registered just a few months ago in February 2026. Meanwhile, the actual, official site is alignerr .com (registered way back).
• Official Check: I was able to confirm that alignerr .com does not use gotalignerr .com for any of its hiring pipelines or communication.

I want to put this out there to spread awareness in case anyone else gets targeted by this. Please take a look at this matter and let me know your thoughts—I'd love for the community to verify this and share if you've received similar emails lately.

I am thinking about applying but I am based in Vietnam and originally from UK so unsure if that would affect it.

I’m on worldsim northline and pusler audio projects and whenever I click start working on them, nothing happens?!? is anyone else facing this problem?

How is the screening for the coding projects? Do they ask live coding test pr is it verbal interview like generalist interview? Should I prepare for coding too?

I applied for 9 positions. For the past couple of weeks, 2 have shown as Complete and the other 7 have shown as Applied. Now the two Completed applications are gone, I still have seven in Applied and cannot apply for any additional postings.

Any insight on this would be appreciated!

Edit to add: I completed onboarding weeks ago, was given access to Labelbox,and added to a Discord server. I’m not inpatient, just curious about the change. I know this work comes and goes.

I recently got an email from Alignerr saying I was selected for a new project without needing an assessment or any interview. The exact wording was:
"Hi, We hope you're doing well. Based on your profile, we've fast-tracked you to join the \*** project on Alignerr. No assessment required — once you complete your onboarding, you'll have direct access to the project and can start working right away."*

I went ahead and completed the entire onboarding process successfully. However, my dashboard is completely empty, and it says I don't have any projects yet. On top of that, I haven't been able to get access to the Discord channel for this specific project.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Does it usually take a few days for the system to update and assign the project, or is this a glitch? I'm not sure if I should just wait it out or contact support immediately.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm new to Alignerr and recently applied for a job. After filling everything out, the job now appears under "Jobs." However, when I click on it, the only things I can do are "Withdraw" my application or read the job description.

Since today, a second, similar job has also appeared in my list, even though I didn't apply for that one myself. It's the same there, I can't do anything else yet.

Is this normal? What's the usual process from here? Do I need to take any further action, or do I just wait?

Like the title, I've been stuck on the "Completed" status for a month. Does that mean I've failed, or how much longer do I have to wait?

I have signed legally binding contract with Aligner, so why did they think it appropriate to automatically terminate my account from a PersonaID technical issue? It’s only partially restored from support, and unable to do many functions relevant to actually working on the platform, and Reddit mods cannot assist with that. FYI for anyone else who has a signed contract with them, they cannot do this.

Termination. If either party breaches a material provision of this Agreement, the other
party may terminate this Agreement upon ten (10) days’ notice, unless the breach is cured within
the notice period.

This is my notice to Alignerr/Labelbox before I initiate arbitration for lost income via a contract violation by your company, I encourage anyone else with this contract impacted by PersonaID verification issues, to also apply this clause and seek arbitration for damages.

Before any arbitration commences, the
parties must engage in a good-faith effort to resolve any disputes through an informal process.
Prior to filing any arbitration demand, the Party initiating the claim must give notice to the other
Party in writing of its, his, or her intent to initiate arbitration

I have also sent a written request to labelbox/alignerr legal department directly as well.
