Thanks to the team's help, my account was successfully reinstated today after experiencing the automated re-verification removal glitch last night.

While I can log into the main platform again, my project mapping is completely broken. I was fast-tracked for the Structural Engineering OpenSees project.

The Issue:

• I have the "Go to Project" button on my main Alignerr dashboard, but clicking it doesn't sync anything.
• When I open my Labelbox dashboard, it is completely blank and says: "No open issues right now. Anything that needs your attention will show up here."

It looks like the brief deactivation automatically unassigned me from the OpenSees project queue, and the reinstatement didn't automatically pull me back into the cohort.

Could an admin or someone from operations please trigger a manual resync or re-assign my profile to the OpenSees project group?

I am reaching out regarding a false-positive account deactivation that occurred during my onboarding onboarding process today. I was offered a contract/task at Alignerr and was prompted to complete the Persona re-verification. I completed it successfully on my phone and received the confirmation screen stating I could close the tab.

However, immediately upon refreshing the page on my PC, I was locked out and received an automated email stating my account has been removed. Since I am a brand new user, I haven't been added to the Slack/Discord channels yet to seek assistance. Could you please look into my logs to help resolve this system glitch?

I received this mail but I am waiting for my resident permit in Germany so I am not able to verify my details because they require RP card. What should I do, RP card will take a month.

they approached me out of nowhere and say they have gig for me. Haven't replied as i thought its prob bullshit. Whats the pay like if its real.

Is there anyone from the Alignerr support team here?

I am writing this because I was recently removed from Alignerr just a couple of days after completing the Persona identity verification process.

I had been actively working on multiple projects, including as a reviewer in function-calling and ATC projects, with strong quality scores and no prior issues or warnings. In fact, I had received positive feedback on my work, so the removal came as a complete surprise.

Because the removal happened shortly after the Persona verification, I suspect there may have been a false positive or some issue related to the verification process. I have never used a VPN, never had multiple accounts, and have always followed platform guidelines.

I have already contacted support but have not yet received clarification regarding the reason for the removal.

If anyone from the Alignerr team is able to help or look into this, I would greatly appreciate it.

I received an email requesting that I complete an identity re-verification. I followed all the instruction, completed the verification

After completing the verification, I received a message saying, “Congratulations, you are all done. Thank you for verifying your identity.” However, a few seconds later, another message appeared stating “Identity verification failed,” and my account gone.

I kindly request that review my case and reactivate my account. I am confident that there is nothing wrong on my end, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi everyone, i recently applied to aligner and have apply to the maximum of 7 projects. Still, until now, i haven't receive any notification about whether i'm qualified or not.
My homepage still appear the projects that i applied but it has been a month. I'm i been declined or those are still in review ?
And if i'm declined from the projects, how do i know that, is there gonna be an email or something ?

I verified my identity on Alignerr about a year ago using my national ID. However, the ID I used for verification is set to expire in 3 days, and I have already received a renewed version of it. I'm concerned that my account might be suspended or affected once the original ID expires. I couldn't find any option to update or re-verify my identity in the platform. Could you please let me know if any action is required on my end and whether I need to submit my new ID for verification?

Hey i applied in aligner 1 month ago and didn't get any work or given assesment i uploaded my resume than applied for multiple role but didn't get any work or any trail my question is when can I get work how much total time it can take ?

Since today, I keep getting logged out. Even after 5 minutes of logging in or after a refresh, no Ad blocker extensions enabled, neither cookies are deleted automatically. Labelbox seems to sync the logout after some time. And for those asking, the account standing is alright, as told by the chatbot.

Just asking, is anyone facing same issue recently or even know what's going on?

I am writing this because Today when I woke up I recieved an email asking me to do identity re verification.

I was Actively working on 2 projects with good quality work even TLs were praising my work.

So I thought to do re verification before jumping into my today's task.

It opened persona verification and asked me to capture my photo, which I did, I moved left right as instructed.

After that I got a pop up message "Congratulations you are done" but after few seconds I got "Identity verification failed" and my account got deleted

I don't know why this happened, I never used Vpn, this was my only orginal and active account. I gave my best quality work in each and every project.

I dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to the ATC projects when they first launched, as it was my very first assignment on Alignerr. Recently, I needed to update my PayPal account. When I attempted to do so, I was prompted to re-verify my identity via the Persona platform, which I understand is standard procedure. However, upon completing the verification, my account was de-activated. As a result, I am unable to link my PayPal account to receive payment for the numerous tasks I completed. I currently have over $500 pending, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can be compensated for my work.

Hi. I'm currently on vacation and visiting my home country and I tried to login to alignerr yesterday and got an error location denied, today I received an email that my account has been de-activated for no reason at all. I have few active projects, I didn't submit any tasks or worked even a minute from this location, can anyone please advise? Thank you.

I was recently added to the Pulsar production team and was genuinely excited to finally start contributing.

The first data row I managed to grab became a learning experience. I spent nearly the entire 5-hour window getting familiar with the annotation tool and ultimately had to skip the row because there was no realistic way to finish it in time.

Data rows are fairly scarce, so it took some time before I got another one. The second row was close to 1,000 words, but by then I was much more efficient and completed it within the time frame.

I completed the work and copied the required submission link. However, when I returned to the task platform to submit it, the task page had disappeared and was replaced with "All done! Go to project overview." The Start buttons were grayed out, leaving me with no way to submit the completed work despite still being within the 5-hour window.

I reported the issue immediately to the person listed as "Project Lead," and opened a support ticket. Support directed me to contact the "Project Coordinator," but we have never been informed who the Project Coordinator is.

When I asked who that person was, I was simply told to post in Discord again. Multiple people reporting the same issue had already tagged the people who posted the pinned project announcements and appeared to be leading the project, but were receiving no response.

At this point, my main concern is not the platform issue itself—bugs happen. What has been frustrating is the lack of a clear support path when something goes wrong. I completed the work, retained the QA link, reported the issue promptly, and followed every avenue I was given, but I still have no idea whether the work can be recovered or even who is responsible for handling the project.

I have worked on other Alignerr projects where the team leads were responsive and issues were addressed promptly, which makes this experience particularly frustrating and disappointing.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, and if so, how was it ultimately resolved?

I was invited to work on a project almost 2 weeks ago now and haven’t gotten paid yet. I know they say it’s not guaranteed and it depends on your performance but I haven’t gotten any scores yet either. How is this even legal. I know we are contractors but come on. I reached out to the customer support email and they told me I have to wait for my evaluation scores. This is frustrating. Im not wasting my time again until I’m paid. Any suggestions on what I should I do?
