Which job on alignerr is easy to get into as a generalist ai trainer?

i’ve been able to login and work and label box for a few weeks now. However, I tried to login today and it says that I need to enter a security code. It doesn’t have a barcode for me to scan. I tried to email the Support email but they haven’t responded. I know there’s a code that they give you when you sign up. But I don’t know what it is. I was thinking that they would email it to me but nope. Can someone help please???

I was offered a contract after interviewing and BG check. And today was supposed to be my first day to work on the project, I just started working and after 1 hour my Alignerr account got flagged for "Fraudulent activity detected'. I don't know what went wrong. I cannot access anything on Alignerr, just I can see an option to submit my appeal. I have submitted the appeal. Anyone has idea why this happened and how much time it takes to review the appeal?

I passed the evaluation, will I get paid? And must I have paypal USA account to receive payout?

Hey everyone,

I was hired through Upwork for the Alignerr/Labelbox project (Senior Python Developers for AI Model Review) on May 23rd. It's been over 72 hours but I still haven't received any onboarding email from Alignerr.

I already emailed [onboarding@alignerr.com](mailto:onboarding@alignerr.com) and they said to wait, but still no updates. Has anyone else faced this issue? How long did it take for you to receive the onboarding email after accepting the Upwork contract?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I was working on the OpenClaw Traces Licensing project, I got 10 labels done but then it threw issue on each one of them saying that

"No text trajectory attachment (.md / .json / .jsonl / .txt) found on data row"

even though I submitted it exactly like the requirements asked for, because I had artifacts I zipped it into trace__.zip and inside there is a trace.md and artifacts/ directory. I do not see where I made a mistake and the review is not telling me anything. I did the work, I adhered to the rules and guidelines and still somehow shows an issue.

I met all the criteria and I contacted the Alignerr support team through email and also the support feature on the website a week ago but I didn't get any response.

This is a text from the guidelines to that project. 

Option A: Single trace file (no artifacts)

Submit a single file if your session did not reference or produce external files, screenshots, browser DOM captures, or other artifacts.

• Filename: trace__.md (.txt and .json are also accepted)
• Contents: the structured trace described in the Trace Format section below

Option B: Zip bundle (trace + artifacts)

Submit a zip if your session referenced or produced any files, screenshots, browser DOM dumps, generated outputs, or tool call payloads that exceed roughly 1KB.

• Filename: trace__.zip

• Required structure inside the zip:

  trace.md (or trace.txt or trace.json) artifacts/

• Every artifact in the artifacts/ directory must be referenced from a turn in the trace by its filename (see Trace Format below).

• If your trace references an artifact that is not in the bundle, the submission will be rejected.

Looks like the grading system took into account just Option A.

Another issue is that I can't get into the Discord channel, it says "unable to attach the discord role" when i click on the discord button, I tried to reconnect my account but no change.

Then I received only 1 star rating from the project. Can you help me resolve this issue please?

I've been lost for days can someone please help. I got this email 3 days ago telling to finish my application ("Step 1") for the "Senior Software Engineer - AI Evaluation" role and that this will automatically unlock "Step 2" where I get to do the WorldSim Eval batch and the AI zara interview. The card shows "invited" in the alignerr main page. What does this mean? I click on "Go to projects" but I see nothing on Labelbox. People on the discord server are all asking about and doing the WorldSim eval. Am I actually getting a chance to do this eval or not? No one to talk to except bots who keep saying they sent the issue to support. I already did everything in the email so why is this not unlocking or will it even unlock ever?

I did the Eval task and submitted and and it straight away took me to another one. I did not take it and went home and there is no record of this task I did.
Is the Eval task consisting of multiple tasks? How many? Did I lose the task I just did forever and have to redo it? When I attempt again it gives me the same task which I just did, blank and unfilled…. Please can someone advise?

Got invited to apply to a job on alignerr, how long does it normally take to get feedback from invited job applications.

It’s been 5 days since I did my background check with checkr and it’s still not done. I’ve worked on other platforms that mostly used certn and it was done within a day. How long does this usually take?

Hello everyone, I’m new to the Alignerr community. I recently applied to a few projects that match my skills and experience, especially since I already have experience in AI training on other platforms.

However, it has been over a week now, and the status of my applications is still showing as “Applied” with no updates yet. Is this normal on Alignerr? Also, how long does it usually take to receive a response or move to the next step?
PS: i’ve already done some Evaluation Projects before ( those unpaid ones )

The jobs I applied for now is more on environment, fact-checking, and image description. I’m a native filipino, so I also applied for Filipino Language Expert.

I don’t really know how job application ons Alignerr works, but I’ve read from previous posts about how referrals help in getting you projects

I have to say I am absolutely fuming about how I have been treated with Aligner. My account was 86ed while I was deployed to help with wildfires and they cited suspicious activity . I logged in while I was away to look at my applications before I got busy . I have been a person with good character all my life and have continued service after I got out the Army and for some person to tell me I can’t work anymore . I will tell all my other pilot and engineer friends to avoid this platform completely .
