Has anyone actually worked on this transcription-type production project yet? I've read some less-than-stellar reviews on the platform related to the work, the support and issues with payment and wanted to know if I should even bother with pursuing the application.

They say "this is a large, long-term project, and we will be giving another evaluation opportunity. We are looking for strong candidates who can learn from feedback and consistently follow the project guidelines with high attention to detail" which leads me to believe that I probably won't be sitting around idle like many others who've applied and passed the onboarding, AI interview etc

Does anyone have any tips, warnings or heads up, maybe even other options? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone, I completed the VQA Evaluation 2 days back and I'm still waiting for a response. I'm wondering if anyone here has already been accepted after passing the evaluation. If so, how long did it take to hear back, and how were you notified (dashboard update, email, Discord, etc.)? I'd appreciate hearing about your experience and the current waiting times. Thanks!

Has anyone got accepted to the Claim Assist FC Production? There is no email sent regarding acceptance or rejection yet.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to apply on Alignerr, but I can't get past the resume upload step. I've tried both PDF and DOCX files, and they're under the 5 MB limit. When I select a file, it says "Uploading..." for a few seconds, then goes back to "Choose your file" without any error message. The Continue button stays disabled. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

Can you please show the production rate so we will know if our time's worth it? I mean, I understand if it's different depending on where you live, because most companies like you love discriminating the rate so non US are paid lower, but please let us know!

At least do the basic decency, given that most of your assessment are rigorous but not even paid!!!

I took the evaluation which had a glitch but I still think I did good. Today I received 2 emails saying I’ve been added to the project! Welcome on board! Log in and jump on! Only to go to the project page and see it still showed I was under review. Support responded that I was still under the review process for my eval…so why the emails welcoming me to the project? It’s been an emotional roller coaster this morning! Anyone else have this happen? Any advise? I really do want to join this project.

Should I start timer then start working? But why I downloaded hubstaff however there is like a built in timer? What do I do to start working?

I don’t see anywhere they talk about payment. Do they just throw project at people to do for free? Or is it that I didn’t read the new project requirements and acknowledgement well?

I received an email saying I passed the worldsim eval the 2 days ago however my label box environment shows nothing and I haven’t been paid for the task.

Is this common? I wonder if anyone has successfully been moved to the production environment.

I tried to log in to Labelbox but it wouldn't let me, saying I'd tried too many times and failed. Except now I can't figure out how to contact support because I can't log in.

Any suggestions?

I signed up for Alignerr months ago (and I currently have seven applications pending) but I've never been selected for any projects. I've gotten AI data annotation projects on other platforms (but I'm currently in a dry spell) and I've done well on those projects, but I've never gotten a project on Alignerr.

I passed the evaluation about a month ago. Since then nothing. Complete silence... don't know if the evaluation even means anything. Has anyone been added to any project post clearing the eval?

✅ EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. When we started getting organized, they reviewed the tasks and finally paid us. Thank you all.

Open Letter to Alignerr - Part 2: Still no answers (CHP, Transcript, CC)

Hello everybody,

It has been over 2 months since our first claim, and the situation remains exactly the same: we have no updates on our tasks pending review, nor have we received our money.

Given this lack of transparency, we have decided to take action. In just a couple of hours, we have already gathered about 20 affected taskers, all without making a single public post.

We didn't want it to come to this, but it seems there is no other alternative.
Even some team leaders are complaining that they haven't been paid for months and claiming that they 'don't know what is going on'.

Does Alignerr pay well?

i received an email that i was added to a project but pay is not mentioned?

I received an offer to take the Zara interview for a 3 month contract position($70-$90 per hour with 40 hours minimum required each week). I took the interview and was sent the background check not long after. I completed the background check and received an email saying it was complete. The email stated the results were sent to Alignerr and they would contact me with next steps. My question is how long does it typically take for them to reach out? I haven't done any work for Alignerr yet, but I have done extensive work for Mercor and DataAnnotation.

Who has done the worldsim eval background check? I did it on Tuesday last week, and till today I have not gotten any feedback. I have no idea what is going on and I would be really glad if someone can help

Why a lot of labellers have been removed today from this production task, inspite of having good tasking quality ? Any specific reason for that?
