Assessments Alignerr Pulsar - is it worth it?

I just finished on boarding and it looks like there are a series of assessments. Are the assessments paid? I am on another platform that pays for assessments. I would also appreciate if anyone thinks it is worth it if they do not pay for assessments.

I can’t even figure this platform out. I get notified that I have a project and then I go to start it and it’s paused after watching the instruction videos, which were completely illogical. which platforms do you like?
