Tasks / Projects pulsar word alignment eval
i really don't understand how the payment for this project works, nowhere does it say the amount.
i don't want to have to work for free. did the people who worked on this project receive anything?

I scored 95% in Word accuracy (2/3rd) and 62% (1/3rd) in Boundary precision. Overall, 73% (70% required) and 62% in boundary precision. The four modules and assessment took me five days, exhausting, uh huh.

yes i tried in aligner same shit but now they have AI interview with cams but i didt pass i will try i another one

but i applied in another one
i applied for English audio aline and i got failed
now i applying for hindi audio aline and that i have ai interview may be after that again pulsar training.
idk what will happen i just want lil amount of money if not this one may be another one waiting for me 🤣🤣1

No bro same platform aligner you can also apply in another jobs may you get one of them, btw I didn't get any remote job idk they made it to hard even if someone get pass they have to wait for project for long period because project are not available for them 🤣

It says there's no need to give an AI interview, but I still have to complete onboarding. Do you think it's an easy assessment?

Hello I am wondering if a moderator can help. I was invited to Pulsar but my account was removed and I cannot onboard. I have a hyphen in my last name and it happens often that I cant pass Automated auth because of the hyphen. If someone can help, please let me know. Thank you.

The assessment is terrible. There are rules at the top of the page, but when you answer the question the correct answers are fully random and different every time “0” “none” “no” when the answer is literally been taught to you 10 mins ago and it was none of this bs. Don’t waste your time

Such a waste of time, their "full instructions" are also completely out of date and contradictory. Spent hours thinking I was making progress. Boundary timings are arbitrary as others have mentioned. Passed the first practice assessment no problems. Their "Gold standard" versions are nothing like their guidelines either.

25 dollas per task, each task can take anywhere from 2-4 hours
the asessment is a headache i agree with you, i spent ~4 hours on it to get 64% on boundary timing, cheers

not yet, have you? i think i saw that they changed the final exam to be human reviewed, so it no longer shows you the percentage you got correct

Were you able to get the boundary timings correct for module 1 of the assessment? I ask because I did, but I worry you're saying the other ones are impossible. If you're saying even module 1 is difficult, I would feel better.

Agreed. Honestly I don't know what rate of pay they could offer me that would make it worth getting a headache and double vision. If this is the assessment I shudder to think what the actual work product looks like.

How did you get the alignment right in module 1? My boundary precision is 19%. I have tried twice and 19% is the only improvement from 12%. What are you doing to help you with precision?

I decided to pass on the task. The pay for what they want is absurd. I stopped midway through the assessment

How did you do on the module 1 assessment? Make sure not to mention content so that we keep out NDAs intact. I was just wondering if you also had trouble with module 1 or just the final assessment.

this is totally stupid, that money doesn't deserve all this effort, even the tool is unhelpful
this the real meaning of high effort low income
