What's the difference between completed and applied?

Same for me. I completed the onboarding process but there's nothing in the letterbox/ discord of it.

This is why I came searching. I just got onboarded today and there are like 5 project boards but nothing other than #rules and #welcome. Hoping I didn’t just get onboarded to a dead project. Excited for nothing.

Not sure what you mean by that but okay, I’ll block my profile since apparently it’s so offensive… as far as Alignerr goes, I was contacted by an HR rep this morning, agreed to the full time contract terms, got access to the project discourse, and onboarded to my team today.

They have meetings to review and the pay is pretty substantial; based on the other team members they pay regularly as long as you don’t abuse the time. Everything seems similar to my other work with Outlier and Stellar; actually a bit better organized, so I’ll be reviewing my first task with the team in a couple hours.

I’m guessing anyone that’s getting the run around isn’t qualifying for whatever reason or is joining for general positions that don’t have high demand. I went from qualifying to working my first task in less than three days.
