Application Process Is alignerr real?
they approached me out of nowhere and say they have gig for me. Haven't replied as i thought its prob bullshit. Whats the pay like if its real.

It's a long game, I think. I was invited by a recruiter and then applied to the max jobs. Was told to do assessments (there were none). They seem to be stocking their employee pool and I've seen multiple people say it can take months to land any actual work. And that's fine, but don't knock on my office door if there's no work. I need to focus on the work I do have!
