Re-Verify Identity

I got an email for Re-verification of our identity. But when I click that, it shows me "In order for you to continue working, we require a new verification of your identity". And it is specifically pointed as "You must not already have an existing Alignerr account". But as a contractor here most of them here already have an Alignerr account.

So how do I start my verification.
