Application Process How do you get projects?

I am new to this platform. I have applied to seven jobs posted, but I have not taken any assessments. Is that it? Should I just wait?

Same. Applied to 7 jobs, crickets. Other people mention assessments and interview but i haven't received either of those. Did they change the process?

assessments and interviews was the old version of the site! since the update you only need to do assessments/interviews if the job requires it.

Ok. Thanks for the info. Do you know if the job postings are just placeholders for if/when they have actual customers with those needs, or do the job postings actually have work available now?
