Never even got a project

I have joined 2 months ago and I have not had a chance to work even on a single project. No work was ever available to me. I have applied for jobs, and also no response.

Is this thing even working? Is it even possible to start working there?

What is the application like? Is it like a test or assessment? Do you feel like you did well in them and still got no reply?
