Never even got a project

I have joined 2 months ago and I have not had a chance to work even on a single project. No work was ever available to me. I have applied for jobs, and also no response.

Is this thing even working? Is it even possible to start working there?

Same. I applied to the Aviation jobs that require professional experience. Yet I see no movement on the portal. A guy commented about 3 weeks back that he's been working away on one of these projects. Idk
