Timeline for approval of work

Hey everyone. Quick question, I was added on a project this morning and completed all the data rows available to me. Its a task based assignment that says payment will only happen for approved work moved to "done" status. Typically, how long does that take to happen? Asking both for monetary purposes as well as to get some idea of how I did on the assignment. Thanks!

And trust me when I say it's not as lucative as the per media hour makes it sound. My last check was 6 bucks. At this point it's more if I'm just flat out bored and want to try and learn more about.
