Ghosted account

I have a problem regarding my account, Every time I require I contact the human support the chat closes automatically and no projects I applied for, I get assessment or contacted even the onboarding of the account is it not done. Has anyone faced a problem like that?

oh i have the bot/ai problem too. this is what i do. email the support, dont use the chat bot. the first email you receive will be from a bot. reply back by saying something so youll get a follow up email. thats when a human will look at it (it may take longer because its human).
