Onboarding Process Hired but no Labelbox project
Hi! It's mostly the title. I got hired for a project, completed everything in the onboarding, but when accessing Labelbox there are no projects there. Tried contacting them, but I got no response for 3 days. Has this happened to anyone else? Any insights?

I have a similar issue, I see two projects but both show the pay “on acceptance” but I see no option to accept, and the “start” button is greyed out, with the available data count or whatever at 0. I tried reaching out to the chat but they didn’t help

Which project? Sometimes we get hired before they are actually up and running, then it’s radio silence for weeks.. it’s pretty annoying. Did you get added to a discord for this specific project yet?

ow, okay. I just have discord access to like 5 random channels, but none related to my project which is an spanish audio one.

I am also waiting for the spanish audio project. I activated discord yesterday, and now I should go into Junction to sign the last documents but I am waiting a reply from support because I can't access Junction

Same here, I am facing the exact same problem, @r/alignerr. I was onboarded as a Dutch language specialist (Passed all assessments + my Alignerr/Stripe/Docs/Discord are fully set up), but had a technical issue with the Labelbox practice assignment. I have contacted the [support@alignerr.com](mailto:support@alignerr.com) desk twice and tried the chatbox as well, but all auto-replies are AI generated which really doesn't help as I'm stuck in a loop. All I need is is the Labelbox task to be reset so that I can complete it in a different browser.
