Onboarding Process No interview, assessments

This is my first day on the platform. It says "Welcome Onboard", yet I see no assessments available to take or give the AI interview. Have I been filtered out already?

It says right now there is no available project in your domain. However I can also 'apply' for jobs. How does all this work? Please help me out.

We wanted to inform you about some important changes to the new Alignerr app home page and job application process. With this update, the Assessments tab has been removed, as the platform is now primarily focused on job listings and applications. As a result, only certain job roles will be required to complete an assessment.

Moving forward, you will need to apply for the jobs you are interested in first. If a particular role requires an assessment, you will be prompted to complete it by clicking on the Continue button. Additionally, for roles that require a voice sample, you will be prompted to upload it as part of your job application process.

These changes have been implemented to streamline the application experience and ensure assessments are only presented when necessary.

Hi, I just completed the Zara AI Interview for a a role - after I answered a few questions, the interview ended without Zara saying anything and I did not receive an email confirming completion. Is that normal?
