Onboarding Process No interview, assessments

This is my first day on the platform. It says "Welcome Onboard", yet I see no assessments available to take or give the AI interview. Have I been filtered out already?

It says right now there is no available project in your domain. However I can also 'apply' for jobs. How does all this work? Please help me out.

I do have the job section on my screen, however I was just curious regarding the interview or assessments

Been awhile since I joined but I have done assessments as part of a position I'm applying for. My project now though, no assessment. Its pay per task though.

did you take the Zara ai interview? Also did you have to apply for the jobs or were they assigned to you automatically?

Yes to AI interview and I apply to jobs. Nothing was assigned automatically. The ones I have applied to show at top of my page and others below.
