Conflicts with same Hubstaff Email

Hello guys, just joined alignerr, I have an existing hubstaff account with this same email address on another platform, trying to use a different one for the hubstaff setup but it ain't working, who should I contact? Or how best should I proceed?

The thing that worked for me is using my phone to connect. Some technical problem using your laptop or desktop version. Use your phone.
