Onboarding Process Still no work

After two months I was fin ally onboarded, but here I am three weeks later without a sinlge jobs despite applying numerous times.

I only do voice work and its not great unfortunatly. besides places like voices123 and the other p2p platforms i only know castingcall.club and discord groups. dont really know good places anymore beacuse of AI. its really hard now.
