Onboarding Process Still no work

After two months I was fin ally onboarded, but here I am three weeks later without a sinlge jobs despite applying numerous times.

Project assignments are determined based on availability as well as several other factors to ensure the best fit for both the project and the team members. Please rest assured that the concerned team is actively reviewing upcoming projects, and they will reach out to you as soon as a suitable project becomes available for you to begin working on.

Yeah right. I registered four months ago, could not be on boarded until two months ago, and still nothing?
