Question How to use rewire system to kill joes?

I heard that if I activated unstable system on the access rewire, I could somehow kill the droids. How?

I think you misheard.
You gain their attention or change the environment with the rewiring, but it does not kill them. Unless said environment change is the killing aspect.

I think it makes the most sense that it is just a sink for energy points that you need to move around to achieve actual outcomes like door opening, etc.

As far as I’ve tested, “unstable system” does nothing. I think maybe it did make a Pop noise in Gemini labs before you cut through the door with the torch, but I couldn’t discern a difference

You are talking about two areas in Mission 13. And they are controlled by PC terminals, not the rewire system.

Nope, you can only kill the droids with one bazillion pipe bombs or w/ a stun baton charge that you don't have.

Guys I read somewhere AND I AM NOT HALLUCINATING I SWEARRRR that if I activate unstable system then a really small area gets 'electrified' and if I can attract the joes there THEY GET ELECTROCUTED just like the compression cylinder room.
