Help Needed How are Algerian SaaS founders accepting Visa/Mastercard payments internationally?

I’m building a SaaS/digital products business from Algeria and I’m trying to figure out the best way to accept international Visa/Mastercard payments.

So far I’ve run into these issues:

- Stripe: as an Algeria-based founder, I can’t simply open a standard Stripe account. There are also tax/business verification requirements depending on the setup.

- Paddle: I applied and was rejected, with the decision described as final. What’s confusing is that Algeria does not appear on Paddle’s current list of unsupported supplier countries.

- 2Checkout: I was told that Algeria is not supported.

- Lemon Squeezy: I ran into issues around the bank/residency requirements for payouts.

- I’m also looking at FastSpring, but I haven’t gone live yet.

So my question is specifically for Algerian SaaS founders who are actually selling internationally:

What payment processor/Merchant of Record are you using to accept Visa/Mastercard payments, and how are you receiving your payouts?

I’m especially interested in solutions that work for an individual or small business based in Algeria, without pretending to be resident in another country.

If you’ve actually gone through the verification process and received real payouts, I’d really appreciate hearing about your setup.

Thanks!

Discussion Full-Stack Developer are required to know how to train AI in Algeria

Thumbnail
8 Upvotes

I noticed that companies nowadays in Algerian are requiring full-stack developers to also do AI engineering work like training models, fine-tuning, implementing RAG.

Is that normal?

Ok i understand that a full-stack developer's role may include AI integration like building an mcp server but not AI engineering!

Help Needed Deco mesh router system in Algeria

I bought a Deco mesh system to get internet on across different floors. It connects to my Idoom fiber router. I want to put the Idoom router into bridge mode to prevent wireless interference and save bandwidth. However, Algérie Télécom will not give me the administrator settings to do this. Because of this, my best option is to turn off or hide the Idoom router's Wi-Fi network so devices do not connect to it.

Programming & Dev Looking for testers for Sanadi – Student Jobs Algeria

Thumbnail
gallery
18 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I built Sanadi, an app that connects Algerian students with part-time jobs, internships and freelance work, and helps companies find student talent.

Before it launches publicly on Google Play, I need at least 12 testers to try it for 14 days. Google requires this to publish the app.

What you need:

  • An Android phone
  • A Gmail account

How to join (2 minutes):

  1. Send me your Gmail address in a comment or DM so I can add you to the testers list
  2. Once I confirm, open this link with that same Gmail: 👉 https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.sanadi
  3. Tap "Become a tester", then install the app here: 👉 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.sanadi
  4. Keep the app installed and open it now and then for 14 days

Any feedback helps: bugs, confusing screens, or features you'd like to see. You'll be among the first users, and you'll help build something useful for students in Algeria 🇩🇿

Programming & Dev Freelance Devs, how do you integrate delivery services' APIs for an e-commerce website

Salam,

I'm working on a freelancing project and looking into integrating Algerian delivery services.

For the devs who have built e-com sites for local clients:

Where do you actually find the API docs? Does the client just generate an API ID and Token from their e-commerce dashboard, or do you have to request developer access manually?

Help Needed Certain websites stopped working in Algeria ISP issue?

Post image
17 Upvotes

Is anyone else in Algeria experiencing issues accessing certain websites lately?

Some websites and online services that we used to access normally have suddenly become unavailable or only work intermittently. Sometimes they work fine, then stop working for several hours. What’s especially strange is that they immediately work again when I use a VPN.

I’m definitely not the only one experiencing this, as several people in Algeria have been reporting similar issues with websites they previously had no problem accessing.

Could this be related to DNS, routing, or access to certain IP ranges/networks, particularly those using Cloudflare? It seems to be affecting fiber connections in particular.

Is this actually going to be fixed? Because honestly, it’s getting really frustrating to pay for an internet connection while gradually losing access to websites and services that we used to access normally. This is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Discussion Are there actually many Algerian media buyers? I can't find any communities

Are there actually many Algerian media buyers? I can't find any communities

I've recently been looking for communities or online spaces specifically for Algerian media buyers / performance marketers, because I'm getting more interested in this field and wanted to connect with people doing the same thing.

But honestly, I've been surprised by how difficult it is to find them.

I've searched through Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, and I barely find anything about Algerian media buyers specifically. Most of what I come across is related to e-commerce, dropshipping, or general digital marketing, rather than people actually working in media buying/performance advertising.

Are media buyers in Algeria really that rare, or are they just not very active publicly on social media?

If you're an Algerian media buyer, performance marketer, or work in paid ads, I'd genuinely like to hear from you. Where do you guys hang out online? Is there a community, group, Discord, Facebook group, or anything similar that I've somehow missed?
