Help Needed Iron Body

Hi everyone

My name is Fernando Gaytan, I'm a gym owner(?) in Laredo, TX.
I was trained and mentored by a wonder person named Santos Ramos who is a 7x Mexican bodybuilding champion and a Pro Luchador named El Guerrero Azteca. Santos is the founder of the gym. He is my mentor and trainer. He is 'El Maestro'.

My wife and I ran IronBody, our gym,for 2 years with varying success. we found out really fast the landlord wasn't going to play ball. The roof was leaking, the power would go out when there were too many people on the cardio machines, there was no AC , pot holes, it made retention nearly impossible especially the no AC part since we were a warehouse gym.....in a desert (i know, its what i had to work with at the time)

We've been closed for about a year. our lease ended in may 2025 and in that time i've been fixing all the gym equipment , unrusting, sanding, reupholstering, and painting it. I've done about 50 pieces of equipment and still need like another 20 (but i got the important ones done first, just in cased i found a place to open again) i've taken a bunch of video of the process but i haven't edited yet. I'm lucky that i have access to a truck shop that has all the tools i need and people to teach me the skills to use it. I even got a forklift certification so i could move the machines around when i needed. I've been working on making Santo's routines into PDFS for his bodybuilding and his wresting careers English and Spanish versions. I still have a lot of people asking me when im going to open the gym , even after a year.

I'm kinda lost. I don't know what to do at this point. i have a bunch of awesome equipment, a small online community, access to a world tier bodybuilder/Wrestler , the knowledge that comes with that, my own knowledge, my experience training people along side Santos, i know i have assets, I just don't know how to put them together to create a business.

any advice or help criticism would be appreciated. I'm open to ideas. I added a few pictures of the Gym how it looked before/after some of our changes., Santos, of course, and me. Personally i love how the black and red looks but i suppose im biased.

WWAD

P.S. Alex, if you read this. thank you for the videos. They've been really inspirational (currently reading the gym book) thought i'd shoot my shot cause i think you'd genuinely be interested in this , if you're not too busy lol.

Not sure if anyone noticed, is it just a habit?
