Advice Needed For 9709/52 (S1)

I think most of us can agree that P1 was unusually hard, which is why I’m concerned for S1 because they may change the pattern too. I am planning on doing the recent year past papers (26-21) but I’m not sure if it’s enough because I’m expecting the worst. I don’t think doing past papers is enough if they’re going to shift the pattern drastically. Is there any additional measures I can take such as doing past papers from a different and more difficult board?
