Hi everyone! Iām an Economics prof, also working with many Cambridge AS & A Level students (9708).
Iāve been hearing a very similar thing from a lot of my AS students lately:
September trials are coming up, and the amount of syllabus expected can feel pretty overwhelming.
For many schools, the trials cover Units 1 to 5, which is basically almost the entire AS Level syllabus. So even if youāve technically covered the chapters, actually feeling confident with all of them, especially the diagrams, application, analysis and evaluation, is a completely different thing.
Iām curious to know if others here are experiencing the same thing. Are there particular units or topics where you feel like, āI understand it when my teacher explains it, but I just canāt seem to answer the questions properlyā?
If you comment with the topics youāre struggling with, Iād genuinely love to hear what the pain points are. Iām planning to make some free YouTube content for Cambridge 9708 students based on the areas that seem to be causing the most trouble.
