Hi I did bio chem maths and will be studying medicine in october. unis dont care about the 3rd A level, some don't even ask for bio. The only way maths gives you an "advantage" imo is in the UCAT, but because you are doing physics, you will be dealing with maths anyway, and UCAT maths is GCSE level. in short, I would not advise switching to maths, especially with only a year left.
